Application Engineer – Professional Lighting The Application Engineer – Professional Lighting will be responsible for providing technical expertise, designing lighting solutions, and supporting clients in the selection and implementation of professional lighting systems. The role involves close collaboration with sales teams, project teams, and clients to deliver high-quality, innovative, and energy-efficient lighting solutions. Responsibilities: Provide technical support and guidance on professional lighting solutions to clients and internal teams. Design and recommend lighting systems in line with project requirements, regulations, and industry standards. Prepare technical documentation, drawings, and specifications for lighting projects. Collaborate closely with sales and project teams to ensure the successful implementation of lighting solutions. Conduct product demonstrations, training sessions, and workshops for clients and internal stakeholders. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to lighting systems. Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and professional lighting standards. Candidate profile: Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, Lighting Design, or a related field. 1–3 years’ experience in professional lighting, electrical systems, or a related role. Strong knowledge of lighting technologies, standards, and applications. Proficiency in lighting design software such as DIALux or Relux, and AutoCAD. Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently as well as part of a multidisciplinary team.
