ABOUT THE ROLE

Eosense is seeking an Application Engineer/Scientist to join our team. This role serves as a technical expert and liaison between Sales, Product Development, and Production. You will help shape customer needs into practical, deliverable solutions from early needs assessment and design, through testing, production, and post-delivery follow-up. Along the way, you’ll guide both standard and non-standard opportunities, ensuring our customers achieve success in the field.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Partner with the Sales team to understand customer needs, provide technical expertise, and recommend solutions.
  • Assess feasibility of proposed solutions, consulting with Product Development and Production to align with Eosense capabilities.
  • Support the design and delivery of both standard and custom solutions, ensuring technical details are well documented.
  • Contribute to testing and validation of solutions, providing feedback that supports product improvement.
  • Guide non-standard solutions through the company process and help transition repeatable ones into standard offerings.
  • Provide post-delivery support and troubleshooting to ensure customer success.
  • Create support materials (application notes, guides, FAQs) and contribute to external testing/pilot projects.
