EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

1. Fresh graduate/ Diploma in engineering (e.g., software, mechanical, electrical) is welcome to apply.
2. Understanding of programming languages (e.g., Python, C, C++), systems, or platforms relevant to the role.
3. Prior experience in robotic, automation or battery system is a plus.
4. Experience with application development, troubleshooting, or support.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with clients and teams.
6. Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities.
7. Oversea travelling is expected for global clients support

1. Technical Support & Troubleshooting
   o Collaborate with clients to identify and resolve technical issues.
   o Analyze system requirements and recommend tailored solutions.
   o Debug, diagnose, and fix application or performance issues in local and remotely.
2. Product Development & Customization
   o Adapt existing software or hardware to meet specific client requirements.
   o Assist in the design, testing, and deployment of custom applications.
   o Provide feedback to product teams for continuous improvement.
3. Customer Interaction
   o Work closely with clients to understand their business processes and technical needs.
   o Conduct training sessions and workshops to help clients use solutions effectively.
   o Build strong relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
4. Project Management
   o Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of projects.
   o Manage client expectations, timelines, and deliverables.
   o Create documentation and reports for stakeholders.
5. Sales and Pre-Sales Support
   o Provide technical expertise during the sales process, including demos and presentations.
   o Assist in drafting proposals and technical requirements for potential clients.
