Job Description This role operates within an Application Support Team, with primary responsibility for resolving all production-related issues associated with the Application in support of ALMT (Asset Liability Management & Treasury) operations. We seek a highly skilled and motivated IT Support Engineer to deliver critical technical and functional support within our ALMT function. The consultant must have a strong understanding of finance, particularly the management of passive assets, bonds, and Forex. The position is to provide support for end-users located on the trading floor for their booking problems and ensure the monitoring of investment deals (Forex, Equity, Money Market & Derivatives). Provide frontline support by diagnosing and resolving technical and functional issues related to the application and its ecosystem. Collaborate with finance and IT teams to enhance system functionality and user experience. Document processes and provide clear instructions for the teams Regularly update support documentation and create user guides.
