Description 7+ years of experience in Application Integration Architecture. Provide Encompass Subject Matter Expertise (SME) from a technical and process perspective to develop integrations, custom modules and deliver a seamless experience between Encompass and Indecomms Genius suite of products. Roles and Responsibilities Act as the in-house SME for Encompass providing actionable technical direction to customers Engineering teams and Client teams. Responsible for the full software lifecycle on Encompass including, but not limited to design, coding, testing, documentation and implementation of projects. Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of how our Genius Suite of products integrates with Encompass through our integration gateway. Possess a deep, hands-on and comprehensive knowledge of Encompass workflows, tasks, setup and other modules needed to perform business and system analysis. Provide hands-on experience on Encompass APIs with an understanding of how they interact with third party services and also to use those within Encompass to automate tasks. Keep abreast of changes/updates to Encompass and how it could impact our integrations. Develop custom fields/forms as necessary in Encompass to deliver a seamless experience between Encompass and Genius suite of products. Develop and maintain integrations using Encompass Partner Connect (EPC) API. Create and maintain test data, scripts in Encompass to test the flow of data and documents between Encompass and Genius suite of products. Requirements Requirements: 5-8 years of hands-on experience configuring Encompass developing integrations, custom forms/fields, configuring workflows and tasks and overall administration setup. Skilled in configuring milestones and personas, building input forms, dashboards, reports and advanced coding of business rules. Possess adequate knowledge of mortgage processes to identify which of those can be automated and configured in Encompass in conjunction with the Genius suite of products. Experience with Encompass Web, enhanced condition setup and task workflow management. Experience creating system design documents, flow diagrams and articulating the solution with dependencies. Soft Skills: Ability to work collaboratively with client teams, product management and engineering teams. Creative thinking and problem-solving skills. The ability to question why a process/solution should be designed in a traditional this is how we have always done it way and propose newer, more efficient ways of executing that process automation. Clear and good verbal and written communication skills. Flexibility to deal with a globally distributed workforce across different time zones. Ability to prioritize and commit to deliverables.
