ABOUT THE JOB

Our client is seeking a highly skilled and experienced API Integration Build Lead(Manager) to spearhead the design, development, and implementation of API integrations with a screening system in a financial services environment. This role demands a strong technical foundation in .NET development, Azure cloud services, and batch processing systems, ideally with proven experience in leading offshore development teams

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 15 years of experience in software development, with at least 5 years in a technical leadership role.
• Strong proficiency in .NET (C#) and Azure cloud services (e.g., Azure Functions, Logic Apps, API Management).
• Experience with batch processing systems and FTP protocols.
• Proven track record of managing offshore development teams.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills

• Lead the end-to-end design, development, and deployment of API integrations with a screening system.
• Manage and coordinate offshore development teams, ensuring high-quality deliverables and adherence to timelines.
• Define and enforce coding standards, best practices, and development workflows.
• Conduct code reviews, provide technical mentorship, and support the growth of junior developers.
• Monitor and optimize system performance, proactively identifying and resolving integration issues.
• Ensure all technical documentation is comprehensive, up-to-date, and aligned with enterprise architecture standards.
• Design and build high-throughput batch processing applications, including integration with FTP-based data exchanges.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including compliance, architecture, and infrastructure to ensure secure and scalable solutions.
