You’ll be the driving force behind one of our most important initiatives: migrating enterprise applications to modern platforms. Here are the three core responsibilities you’ll own: Lead SharePoint Migration Projects : You’ll take full ownership of migrating on-premise SharePoint environments to SharePoint Online or AWS. This means planning, coordinating, and executing migrations end-to-end—ensuring zero disruption to business operations. Manage and Mentor Your Team: You’ll guide a team of application support engineers and analysts, helping them grow while ensuring resources are allocated effectively to meet SLAs and business priorities. Collaborate and Influence Across Stakeholders : You’ll be the primary point of contact for vendors, IT teams, and business leaders—building strong relationships and driving decisions that keep projects on track. You’ll have visibility across global operations, giving you influence beyond a single region. You’ll gain experience in ITIL-based processes and enterprise-grade platforms, setting you up for future leadership roles. Your future at Kyndryl Becoming a Project Manager at Kyndryl is an excellent gateway to many different paths. You’ll be creating a well-rounded skillset while gaining professional certifications and qualifications. You can evolve horizontally into other technical or non-technical areas such as Technical Service Architect, or you can move vertically to become a senior project manager or program manager. There are many different types and flavors of PM roles, so everyone can find the opportunity that suits them best. Who You Are You’re good at what you do and possess the required experience to prove it. However, equally as important – you have a growth mindset; keen to drive your own personal and professional development. You are customer-focused – someone who prioritizes customer success in their work. And finally, you’re open and borderless – naturally inclusive in how you work with others. Required Skills and Experience Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Minimum 8 years of experience in application support or maintenance, including at least 3 years in a managerial role. Mandatory PMP certification. Strong expertise in SharePoint Online migration and AWS environments. Proven leadership skills with experience managing technical teams and vendor coordination. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. Ability to lead migration projects independently. Preferred Skills and Experience ITIL Foundation or higher certification. AWS certification (preferred). Experience with compliance and security standards in enterprise environments. Government project experience is a plus.
