Description du poste COFACE aims to transform its Business Information domain to respond more quickly to market demands and deliver a unique customer experience. This transformation applies to tools, processes, and products. The key objectives are: Improve time-to-market Enhance data sourcing Increase efficiency and delivery speed Support business performance through alignment between stakeholders (Tech and Business) In this context, the EVEREST program, launched in 2024, aims to transform the operating model of the Business Information activity through four pillars, including the Customer Centricity pillar. Starting in 2026, this pillar will focus on providing a new pricing and contract management tool integrated with the Group CRM system. As part of this initiative, Business Technology is seeking an Application Manager for CLM (Contract Lifecycle Management) who will act as an IT coordinator during the tool implementation phase and then take on the role of Application Manager once the applications are deployed and integrated. IT COORDINATOR Main responsibilities during Implementation phase: Ensure the technical feasibility of business requirements (in terms of architecture and target vision). The tool selection will be carried out through an RFP for a SaaS solution that can be integrated with Microsoft Dynamics 365 technology (our CRM and pricing tool). Coordinate across multiple teams: Business Technology, Coface Business, Transformation Office, the CRM team, and selected vendors—particularly for tool implementation, configuration, customization, integrations, release management, and deployment to entities. Monitor project progress and report to governance bodies on timelines, costs, and risks, while tracking the initial scope and any potential deviations. APPLICATION MANAGER The Application Manager is responsible for the maintenance in operational condition and the evolution of a solution (one or more applications). He defines the roadmap on the basis of the objectives, priorities and expected benefits communicated by the Product Owner (representing the trade) within the budget defined. He reports to the domain Manager Business Technology. He manages all the teams involved in the application solution (analysts, developers, QA) on all the phases of delivery of versions. Main Responsibilities Defines in relation to the Product Owner the roadmap of the application solution, the schedule, the associated costs and the user satisfaction criteria. Contributes to the definition of the business case. Guarantees the proper functioning of the application on a daily basis, the respect of SLA (performance, data quality, user support), and the good end of the delivered versions, within the defines budget, the planning and the perimeter and the qualities defined Confirms feasibility of roadmaps, schedules, scope of releases and any changes that may occur in the life of the product Defines the schedules, perimeters, cost of the versions and changes, evaluates the requests for evolution in terms of cost and impact on the planning or the perimeter of the versions Identifies risks, interdependencies, and manages action plans to address them Follows the progress of the incident resolutions, puts in place the actions of improvement necessary to avoid them Ensures progress throughout the delivery cycle of a version and regularly reports progress, risks and decisions to the domain Manager as well as to the Product Owner Manages and animates the collaborators of its team involved in the application (including Bucharest) To ensure the motivation, effectiveness and collaboration needed to the proper functioning Ensures a good collaboration of the team with the different actors (trade representatives, other domains BT, TO, ITCS, Production) necessary for the smooth operation of the application Contributes to the definition of the annual budget of his application Ensures compliance of his application with standards and standards (security, architecture, etc) and compliance rules. Defines a continuous improvement plan (quality, agility, costs, etc.) Realizes monitoring actions on existing technologies on its field of activity and is the force of proposal. Important note: For the CLM context, as the application will be SaaS application with strong integration with CRM, the role will be mainly managing external resources and coordinating integrations’ activities. As it’s SaaS solution, the application manager may: Writes specifications for developers including functional specs and data mapping. Maintaining documentation. Maintains the application on no-code modules and templates. Qualifications Level of experience 5 to 10 years of minimum experience, of which at least 2 to Coface, preferably close to the application perimeter (Pricing and Contract lifecycle Management) Project experience or experience in application design or development or business analysis experience Integrator and SW provider (SaaS solution) management experience would be a real plus Behavioral Skills Good written and oral communication skills, sense of listening Ability to animate meetings, collaboration, negotiation with business or technical stakeholders Great rigor and ability to organize work Team Management, team spirit, ability to mobilize employees Flexibility, ability to adapt to change Ability to take responsibility, plan and organize: Build a plan, with roles and responsibilities. Follow up with all stakeholders Service oriented Client Technical skills Knowledge of the functional environment of commercial Front to Backoffice (from opportunity management to contract signature, endorsement and renewals) Knowledge of the Dynamics 365 technical environment would be a real plus Knowledge and experience of IT contract management (SW, usage, KPIs, SLAs,…) And management of integrator and a SW Provider Application lifecycle management skills and experience Ability to evaluate development costs and carry out impact assessments English, written and oral Training  Bac + 5 engineer or Science/informatics Informations complémentaires
