This is what your day with us will look like

• In your role as Application Manager, everything revolves around the support, maintenance, and optimization of existing ERP systems.
• In this role, you will act as the interface between IT, specialist departments, and external service providers, ensuring system performance and stability.
• They are responsible for analyzing and resolving malfunctions and technical problems in the ERP area.
• Furthermore, you will assist in the development and implementation of user training courses and provide support.
• Based on business requirements, you will support the integration of new modules and functions.
• Creating and maintaining technical documentation completes your range of tasks.
• The work is primarily carried out on-site at our regional office in Cologne; after the initial training period, up to 2 days per week can be worked from home by arrangement.

Your qualifications at a glance

• As a basis, you bring completed training in the field of IT, for example as an IT specialist for application development or a comparable qualification.
• Furthermore, you have already gained in-depth experience in application management, particularly in the support of ERP systems.
• They have sound knowledge of database administration (SQL) and possess good German language skills, both written and spoken.
• Personally, you are characterized by a strong analytical mind and the ability to solve problems in a structured manner.
• Teamwork and strong communication skills complete your profile.
