Description

Here's what you can expect:

Our output management is handled by a six-person agile team, additionally supported by external staff, at our Düsseldorf and Eschborn (Frankfurt) locations. The team manages a wide range of topics within dwpbank's central output management, including supporting our client institutions, processing tickets, and assisting with change processes. 

As Application Manager (m/f/d) you will be responsible for our new output management software (M series), taking care of its configuration and thus supporting the switch to a new modern securities settlement platform.

  • Software Administration: You will support the migration to our new output management software as well as its configuration and administration.
  • Output: You monitor day-to-day operations and ensure that the software generates the output formats flawlessly and makes them available for subsequent processes.
  • Up to date : You and your colleagues ensure that the software is always used in the latest version and are responsible for vulnerability management.
  • Technical affinity: You use JavaScript for the technical administration of the software, but you don't need in-depth coding knowledge.
  • Communication: Exchanging ideas with others is important to you: You enjoy working in a team, coordinating with colleagues, providers and technical interfaces, and driving topics forward through communication.
  • Continuous learning: You engage in constant knowledge exchange with the team and also independently acquire new knowledge about the application of the software and output management.

This is what makes you stand out:

  • You have a completed degree or training in a technical field and have at least three years of experience in application support/as an Application Manager (m/f/d) in an agile environment.
  • You are proficient in JavaScript, can create simple rules in it, and have experience with GitLab and Jira.
  • Practical experience with our M/ series output management software would be ideal – but if you don't have it, we'll teach you everything you need to know about it.
  • You work in a self-organized manner, are communicative and enjoy networking, like to delve into new topics and enjoy learning new things and developing yourself further.
  • You speak fluent German and English (both at C1 level or higher).
