We are a dedicated Microsoft IT service provider, and we are on the lookout for a dedicated IT Administrative Assistant who embodies meticulous attention to detail, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to juggle multiple tasks efficiently. This is what you get up for in the morning: As an IT Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for the administration and billing of recurring services to our customers. Keeping quality standards, you support project managers and executives in billing, report writing and coordination of various tasks. You manage the incentive programs of Microsoft and other partners and ensure the correct allocation. You map our products commercially in the isolutions Marketplace and ensure that customers can always book services. You train customers using the Marketplace and ensure regular checks. You process ourcustomers'orders from our online store and train users in how to use them. We would like you to bring: 2+ years of experience in an administrative and/or customer-facing role. You are reliable, detail and solution-oriented, have high quality standards and a passion for administrative tasks. Excellent communication skills and ability to engage with different stakeholders. Preferably, you have already worked for IT service providers. Fluent/native level of German (at least C1) and fluent level of English. About us ARE - YOU - READY?
