Your future tasks

• They are responsible for the maintenance, administration, and further development of our existing software applications.
• They analyze malfunctions and errors in the systems and their interfaces and coordinate their resolution.
• They gather requirements and change requests from the specialist departments and coordinate their implementation with our software development team.
• They coordinate and oversee the introduction of new features, updates, and releases.
• They support users with questions about the applications used.
• They create and update the documentation for our software solutions.

Your profile

• You have completed a degree in (business) informatics, training as an IT specialist for application development or system integration, or a comparable qualification.
• They have at least two years of professional experience in application management, business analysis or software development, as well as experience in handling ERP or document management systems.
• They understand business processes and commercial contexts and can record and structure requirements and develop suitable solutions together with stakeholders.
• Ideally, you have knowledge of .NET, SQL databases and interfaces.
• They work in a structured, analytical and solution-oriented manner and enjoy tackling complex tasks.
• They are service-oriented and have strong communication skills.
• They have very good German skills (C1) in both spoken and written form, as well as good English skills.
