Your tasks

• As part of the "Business Application" team, you are responsible for the ongoing operation of the applications.
• You will contribute to the further development of the entire business application landscape (ERP, CRM, etc.).
• You work closely with the specialist departments and analyze and optimize business processes.
• You fix and analyze errors and provide second-level support to users.
• You develop application-oriented solution concepts and implement them.
• You ensure the efficient use of the system by users (support, key user support, training).
• You will be responsible for monitoring, operating, and further developing interfaces.

Your profile

• You have successfully completed a degree in computer science or a comparable technical education.
• You bring several years of experience in the support (administration, configuration, development and support) of IT applications and the associated infrastructure as well as interfaces.
• You have basic knowledge of relational databases (MS SQL) and network technologies.
• You have a very high level of comprehension and can easily figure things out for yourself.
• Your work style is structured, solution-oriented, and collegial.
• Ideally, you already have some experience with the Microsoft Power Platform.
• You possess excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Your German and English skills are fluent.
