As an established credit institution, we stand for stability, security, and innovation. We rely on high-performance automation and analytics platforms for the digitalization and optimization of our business processes (e.g., Alteryx, Appian). To strengthen our team, we are looking for an Application Manager (m/f/d) for the operation, further development, and user-oriented support of these key tools.

She can expect:

• Operation and further development of automation platforms:  You ensure the stable and secure operation of platforms for process automation and data analysis and continuously adapt them to the needs of our organization. You are responsible for change and release management as well as the integration of interfaces and external data sources.
• Consulting & Enablement:  They support our departments and projects in the effective use of the respective automation platforms, convey standards and best practices, and promote decentralized use.
• Training & Knowledge Management:  They organize and conduct training courses and provide the necessary documentation so that the departments can independently design their workflows and processes.
• Platform stability & monitoring:  You monitor the platform, take care of monitoring as well as incident and problem management to ensure high availability and performance.
• Compliance & Security:  They implement regulatory requirements (e.g. DORA and ISM requirements), support audits and security checks, and manage licenses and user permissions.

They bring with them:

• You have a completed degree in computer science, business informatics or a comparable qualification.
• They have several years of experience in application management, ideally with automation and analytics platforms such as Alteryx or similar enterprise solutions.
• You possess in-depth knowledge in the areas of process automation, data integration and workflow management, as well as application lifecycle management.
• They have experience in platform operation, are familiar with monitoring as well as incident and change management – ​​ideally in the context of ITIL processes.
• You are a team player and possess excellent communication skills. You can explain technical topics clearly and develop them independently.
• You are familiar with regulatory requirements in the financial sector and have a good understanding of data protection and information security.
