REQUIRED SKILLS:

Technical expertise with around 15 years of experience in Software engineering.
Cloud Expertise: Extensive experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, including the design and execution of cloud migrations, architecture, and service integrations.
Microservices & Modern Architectures: Expertise in transitioning from monolithic to microservices architectures, event-driven systems, containerised solutions, and serverless applications.
DevOps & Automation: Deep understanding of DevSecOps practices, including the implementation of CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code (IaC), and container orchestration (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
Technology & Tools: Familiarity with modern development frameworks, languages (Java, Python, .NET, etc.), and tools for automation, cloud management, and performance monitoring.
Consulting & Leadership: Strong consulting experience with the ability to lead client engagements, communicate complex technical concepts clearly, and manage stakeholder expectations effectively.
Problem Solving & Innovation: Excellent analytical skills with the ability to address complex technical challenges, propose innovative solutions, and deliver value to clients.
Agile Methodologies: Experience working in Agile environments, applying methodologies like Scrum and Kanban to deliver iterative, high-quality results
