Job Description Job Description Provide high-level (2nd and 3rd level) support and maintenance for a mainframe-based application, ensuring maximum uptime and performance. Conduct troubleshooting and root cause analysis, implementing solutions to ensure system reliability and availability. Manage incidents, change requests, and maintain system performance and stability in collaboration with the maintenance team. Perform regular checks and preventive maintenance tasks. Collaborate closely with the development team to implement long-term solutions and improvements. Qualifications Qualifications Senior experience in mainframe environments, particularly in application maintenance and operational support. Strong ticket handling skills Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in the German language for daily communication and documentation. Preferred Skills: Strong track record in 2nd and 3rd level operational support roles. Effective teamwork and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.
