Description
We are seeking a technically savvy, passionate, and self-driven Application Operations Engineer to join our global enterprise software team. This role is ideal for engineers who enjoy solving real-world operational problems through intelligent automation and robust tooling. As a core contributor, you will be responsible for developing, validating, and maintaining scripts, tools, and workflows that manage the operations lifecycle of complex enterprise applications — including container orchestration, service health monitoring, and lifecycle automation. Positioned at the critical intersection of development and operations, this role offers the opportunity to work with large-scale distributed systems, collaborate with platform and product teams, and influence application reliability and maintainability from the ground up. You will be part of a globally distributed Agile Release Train, gaining exposure to enterprise-grade DevOps, CI/CD, observability, and deployment practices. This is an exceptional opportunity for growth, learning, and technical leadership in a global engineering environment. 1.Responsible for product deployment, upgrade, version release, troubleshooting, and recovery in development and operations tasks. 2.Design and implement product backup, disaster recovery, and high availability architectures to improve system fault tolerance. 3.Take charge of containerization architecture (Docker, Kubernetes), including design, maintenance, upgrading, and resource scheduling development. 4.Participate in the design, development, and continuous optimization of automated operations platforms to improve efficiency and reliability. 5.Participate in product security hardening, vulnerability analysis, and emergency response. 6.Collaborate with development and testing teams to support continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) processes. Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, or related major from a 4-year accredited university. 3+ years experience in production DevOPS operation. Proficient in Linux operating system, with skills in system performance tuning and troubleshooting; able to independently complete source code compilation, custom development, and RPM/DEB package creation. Proficient in languages such as Java, Shell and Python, with experience in automation script development. Proficient in container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) and related tools (such as Helm, Harbor), with hands-on experience building and maintaining container platforms in production. Familiar with virtualization platforms like vCenter/vSphere, with abilities in resource scheduling, fault handling, and automation script development. Experienced with CI/CD platforms such as Jenkins, Azure DevOps, and GitHub Actions; familiar with automated release processes and toolchains. Knowledgeable in Java and SQL, able to perform database CRUD operations, batch data processing, and write complex queries. Solid networking foundation, understanding TCP/IP, DNS, load balancing, firewall, and other network components. awareness of system security, familiar with mainstream security protection strategies and hardening methods. Good communication skills, team collaboration, and a sense of responsibility; self-driven and eager to learn. Good written and verbal communication skill in Chinese. Comfortable with reading documentation and emails in English Excellent reliability and dependability for work assignments. Work well under pressure.
