WHAT YOU WILL DO

As the Application Operations & Power Platform Specialist, you will carry out application operations and provide support for the solutions within this scope.

Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

• Conduct necessary operational and maintenance tasks, including managing incidents, changes, and problems for the relevant solutions.
• Responsible for the 2nd level support for the solutions in scope
• Develop and maintain solutions based on Microsoft Power Platform
• Coordinate and support Citizen development activities within VGA
• Create solution documentation and training material where applicable
• Liaise with global counterparts and follow applicable global guidelines and frameworks
• Monitor quality and security compliance of the solutions in scope.

• A degree or diploma in IT or a related field
• Proven experience within a similar role focusing on the Microsoft Power Platform
• Knowledge and experience with SQL
• Familiarity with traditional web development techniques
• Application development using standard Microsoft toolset for O365
• Familiarity with Azure cloud services and application hosting
• Basic understanding of business analysis
• Good understanding of Agile practice
• Good business communications skills
• High security awarenes
