Key Responsibilities:

  • Define governance framework for Application Portfolio data (naming standards, taxonomy, ownership, lifecycle stages).
  • Establish RACI and ownership model with application/business owners.
  • Ensure compliance with audit and regulatory requirements for application data.
  • Develop and monitor KPIs for APM data quality and governance.
  • Train stakeholders on roles, responsibilities, and governance policies.
  • Assess data and requests recieved from the users.
  • Cleanse, normalize, and enrich data to meet APM standards (remove duplicates, validate ownership, align taxonomy).
  • Work with application owners to validate and approve data accuracy.
  • Prepare migration data for ServiceNow APM ingestion.
  • Document data quality issues and maintain audit trail of corrections

Required Qualifications:

  • 7+ years in IT governance, data management, or enterprise architecture.
  • Strong understanding of application lifecycle management.
  • Experience with ServiceNow ITBM/APM (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Exposure to ServiceNow data models (CSDM/CMDB/APM) preferred.
  • Familiarity with data governance tools, policies, and NIST/COBIT/TOGAF frameworks.
  • Excellent stakeholder management & communication skills
