While providing operational support to our Brokers, this role will require a high level of attention to detail, strong organisational skills and an ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously to ensure our service level agreements are met.

Responsibilities

TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL HAVE:

  • Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in the Financial Services with strong knowledge of lending products and services with experience in income, expense, liability and asset verification
  • Strong commitment to customer service and a commitment to delivering customer experience excellence
  • Ability to work under pressure and with minimum supervision
