Our Synopsis® technology turns large volumes of video data into actionable insights, enabling faster decisions, operational clarity, and measurable impact. We are looking for a Product Manager with a strong application and user-experience focus, driven by understanding problems before defining solutions. This role centers on identifying, framing, and prioritizing real-world problem spaces, and translating them into intuitive application experiences, on prem and in the cloud. The Product Manager will work closely with UX, Engineering, and go-to-market teams to explore problem spaces, validate assumptions, and ensure that what we build meaningfully solves user and business challenges. Responsibilities Identify, frame, and prioritize problem spaces based on product goals, market understanding, usage patterns, and customer insights. Lead product discovery by exploring workflows, pain points, and unmet needs through direct customer engagement and internal collaboration. Translate validated problems into clear product outcomes, requirements, and application-level definitions. Collaborate closely with UX and Engineering to design and deliver solutions that address underlying problems, not just feature requests. Support engineering execution by providing clear requirements, priorities, and clarifications throughout the development cycle. Build and maintain a deep understanding of the market, customers, and use cases, and serve as a trusted source of product and domain knowledge for the team and the broader organization. Requirements 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager on a B2B software products. Proven experience working directly with customers as part of the product role, including discovery, validation, or ongoing feedback. Strong understanding of product discovery, problem framing, and outcome-driven development for. Experience working on application-level products, with attention to usability, workflows, and end-to-end user experience. Ability to synthesize inputs from customers, data, and internal stakeholders into clear problem statements and priorities. Strong communication skills in English. Experience working in an Agile environment as part of a cross-functional squad. Background or familiarity with analytics, data-intensive products, or complex enterprise domains is an advantage.
