Job Description This role is part of an Application Support team responsible for ensuring the stability and proper functioning of key IT applications. The selected candidate will handle incidents, service requests, and day‑to‑day production support activities, including participation in shift work and on‑call rotations. The role also contributes to service improvement initiatives and continuity testing. Main Tasks & Responsibilities Provide production support for data‑related applications and tools. Prioritize and resolve incidents, ensuring strong communication with business users. Analyze system, middleware and application logs to identify issues and root causes. Monitor applications and services, producing reports and ensuring continuous improvement of performance and availability. Contribute to service quality enhancement by addressing recurring issues through problem management or automation.
