This position will assist in the development and creation of high-quality market ready products showcasing the Sensient range of unique and innovative flavours and extracts. A successful Application Technologist will have the practical skills, creativity and knowledge to create & produce a wide range of beverage products across all soft/alcoholic categories using Sensient flavors, colours and ingredients.

• Hands on laboratory work to create new beverage products that are of a high market-ready standard
• Be responsible for daily flavour selections that meet customer, technical, regulatory & commercial requirements
• Be responsible for raw materials stock management & general lab technician duties
• Work with sales & marketing departments to be ahead of latest food trends & be able to creatively apply these trends into application products
• Contribute to the local, regional & global product flavour libraries ensuring information is accurate & up to date
• To provide support to the European Account Managers for technical customer presentations. This may include some European travel
• Maintain a safe, clean and organized laboratory environment, in accordance with our health and safety policies
