Description

We are seeking an Application Specialist to be the primary point of contact for customers throughout the Quote-to-Order process. This role promotes Daniel products, prepares accurate and competitive quotes, and ensures timely and efficient order fulfillment while delivering exceptional customer service and technical support.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree (Engineering preferred).
  • 5+ years of experience in flow measurement or oil & gas industries.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
  • 5+ years in customer service and quotation management.
  • Strong customer focus and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare, review, and process quotes and purchase orders accurately and on time.
  • Maintain updated customer records in internal systems.
  • Send order acknowledgements and weekly updates.
  • Coordinate with customers and factories to resolve issues or delays.
  • Support RMA processes and assist other specialists when required.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with ERP systems (Infosyte or similar).
  • Knowledge of Daniel products, pricing, and applications.
  • Ability to provide technical solutions and support.
  • Familiarity with compliance requirements (import/export, contracts, regulations).
  • Strong organization, problem-solving, and time management abilities.
