Position Overview We are seeking an experienced IT Application Specialist to serve as the technical owner of key business applications, ensuring their stability, performance, and continuous improvement. Reporting directly to the Software Application Manager, this role combines hands-on technical expertise with a strong understanding of business processes to deliver robust and compliant solutions. As the primary point of technical expertise, the IT Application Owner will work closely with Business Analysts/Product Owners to translate business requirements into effective system configurations and integrations. Main Responsibilities Take end-to-end ownership of enterprise apps (e.g. CRM, ERP, LIMS, WMS) Manage their full lifecycle upgrades, patches, migrations, performance, security Do hands-on configuration, customization & administration to meet business needs Ensure smooth integrations & data flows across applications Be the technical partner of the Business Analyst/Product Owner Provide Level 2/3 support, ensuring timely resolution of complex technical issues Communicate technical concepts in clear, business-friendly language to non-tech colleagues Keep everything compliant with GxP, CSV, and change control standards Main Requirements 2+ years as Application Admin / System Specialist / similar role Expertise in at least one enterprise app domain (CRM, ERP, LIMS, WMS) Strong skills in troubleshooting & problem solving A systems thinker – you see the bigger picture, not just the app Strong team player, fluent in English & Greek Additional Skills To Be Considered As Advantages Pharma/biotech/GxP experience Scripting skills for automation, data transformation, and integration tasks ITIL know-how (incident, problem, change management) Experience managing vendors & technical projects All applications will be treated with strict confidentiality and in accordance with applicable data protection regulations (GDPR).

Responsibilities

The IT Application Specialist will take end-to-end ownership of enterprise applications, managing their lifecycle and ensuring performance and compliance. They will also provide Level 2/3 support and work closely with Business Analysts to translate business requirements into system configurations.
