Title: Application Specialist (Food Scientist)
Base Salary: $65,000 to $83,000 Exempt (depending on experience)
Working Hours: The hours can be somewhat flexible, but between our normal working hours of 7AM to 5PM M-F.
Location: This is a full-time position. This plant is located in Dallas, NC
Education: Must have a Bachelor’s Degree in Food Science/Food Engineering

Experience Level: Minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in production development

• Developing and demonstrating within food or beverages (preferable in beverages)

Travel: Some travel may be required
The team is looking for someone with a background and interest in food processing systems. They need to be creative, can “think-outside-the-box”, detailed-oriented, driven, have strong organizational and communication skills. They also need to be able to work independently and within a team and be a strong problem solver.
