EXPERIENCE

: 3 To 15 Years

TECHNICAL SKILLS:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3+ years of experience in ERP implementation and support, with a focus on Odoo ERP.
• Strong technical skills, including experience in Python programming and PostgreSQL database management. Familiarity with database management and SQL.
• Experience in customizing and extending Odoo modules based on business requirements.
• HR Module Expertise: Experience with ERP HR modules, including employee records management, payroll, recruitment, performance management, and attendance tracking.
• Knowledge of secure coding practices and the ability to identify and mitigate security vulnerabilities.
• Experience with version control systems like Git
