PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Collaborate with institutional stakeholders to assess business needs and align with Student Information System (SIS) functionality accordingly.
  • Provide expertise in one or more Banner modules (e.g., Student, Finance, Financial Aid).
  • Assist with data migration, validation, and integration with third-party systems.
  • Deliver training, documentation, and post-go-live support to ensure that the business runs smoothly.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve functional and technical issues in collaboration with Ellucian support teams.
  • 5+ years of experience with Ellucian Banner, including at least 1 year in a SaaS/cloud-hosted environment.
  • Deep understanding of higher education business processes and how they map to Banner functionality.
  • Experience with Ellucian Ethos, Degree Works, or other Ellucian ecosystem tools.
  • Prior consulting experience or work with Ellucian Professional Services.
