We are a SW development tribe of four development squads developing Payroll software both as a service for our customers as well as for being used by our own outsourcing services. We are now looking for Application Specialist to join one of our SW development squad(s).
The Application Specialist plays a key role in ensuring that payroll-related solutions meet customer and business needs. This role acts as a bridge between business stakeholders and the development team, translating requirements into actionable features and ensuring quality delivery.

MAIN EXPERTISE & DOMAIN KNOWLEDGE

• Deep understanding of Finnish payroll products, customers, users, and business processes
• Good enough technical understanding for being able to provide back-office support for internal stakeholders
• Ability to identify and articulate business needs and translate them into clear, actionable requirements
• Ability to independently perform functional testing against defined requirements and actual customer needs
• Ability to translate requirements, feature descriptions and work items to release and product documentation

Daily working language is English, but also Finnish skills are required for being able to collaborate with and provide support for local stakeholders.
