Responsibilities
  • Promote hemodialysis and CRRT products through clinical education and product demonstrations.
  • Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions to support their clinical workflows.
  • Deliver in-service training and educational sessions to healthcare professionals.
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive customer satisfaction and business growth.
  • Monitor sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities to inform strategy.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of sales activities, forecasts, and customer interactions.
  • Represent the company at trade exhibitions, events, and product demonstrations.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations, GDP/GDPMDS standards, and internal SOPs.
  • Manage customer feedback and complaints, ensuring timely resolution and communication.Collate complaint samples and information, complete complaint form and reply to customer on result.
