Job Description:

As a Sr. Developer to join the application development team supporting a front-office investment management tool. This role involves hands-on development, collaboration with offshore teams, and active engagement with technical leads to deliver enhancements and maintain high-quality solutions.

  • Develop and maintain application components using Python/ C# and related technologies.
  • Collaborate with offshore teams to ensure alignment on implementation and delivery goals.
  • Participate in agile ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning, backlog grooming, and code reviews. - Assist in analyzing business requirements and translating them into technical solutions.
  • Support testing and deployment processes to ensure stability and performance.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve application issues in coordination with QA and support teams.

Role will require flexibility to work across US time zones. 100% remote.
Basic Qualifications:
6 years of exp with application development
Proficiency in Python, C and postgreSQL
Experience working in an agile development environment.
Solid understanding of software development life cycle and best practices.
Familiarity with investment management or financial services is a plus.
Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate across onshore and offshore teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelors or Associates
