About the role We are currently looking for an Application Support Analyst to join a leading financial environment in Geneva. You will support a web-based application used by portfolio managers to access and manage client portfolio data. Your responsibilities Provide functional and technical support to business users Manage and resolve production incidents (Level 2 support) Perform incident analysis and root cause investigations Collaborate closely with IT teams and business stakeholders Contribute to disaster recovery plans and participate in testing Ensure clear communication and follow-up on ongoing issues Participate in on-call rotations and occasional extended hours Your profile 2 to 5 years of experience in IT application support (L2) Experience in a banking or financial environment is a strong plus Good understanding of incident management processes Technical background is a plus 🛠️ Technical skills SQL knowledge Experience with ticketing tools (e.g. Jira or similar) Understanding of web-based applications Languages French: fluent English: professional level Soft skills Strong communication skills Problem-solving mindset Customer-oriented approach Ability to manage priorities and stress Adaptability and team spirit Additional requirements Based in Switzerland (mandatory)
