Description JOB SUMMARY Responsible for supporting and maintaining the line-of-business systems used by the CRAA including Microsoft Dynamics GP. Office 365, Power DMS, Infor and other critical application systems. Resolves departmental first level support issues. Maintains applications including web and mobile applications for our upcoming projects as well as upkeeping any existing application we may make. This position reports to the Manager, Information Technology Operations. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: Provides first level technical support issues primarily for mostly the Accounting Department relating to hardware, software, and peripherals: documents and resolves service tickets according to service level standards; follows established standard operating procedures in the support of multiple platforms. Resolves first level support issues: supports and maintains Microsoft Dynamics GP; supports and processes a variety of documentation associated with department/division operations, within designated timeframes and per established procedures: receives and reviews various documentation, including Accounting Department Reports; reviews, completes, processes, forwards or retains as appropriate; prepares or completes various forms, reports, correspondence, and other documentation; compiles data for further processing or for use in preparation of department reports; and maintains computerized and/or hardcopy records. Prepares and conducts in-service training and orientation on CRAA business related software solutions: trains employees on EAM and other software with regards to how the software systems work and how to perform functions of the software correctly; and documents training attendance for record keeping purposes. Communicates with Aviation Authority officials, supervisor, other employees, clients, vendors, tenants, third party service contractors, the public, and other individuals as needed to coordinate work activities, review status of work, exchange information, or resolve problems. Operates or uses various equipment and supplies in order to complete work assignments operates and maintains computer hardware and software, copiers, telephone, fax/copier and related office/IT type equipment and supplies; operates a personal computer to enter, retrieve, review or modify data, utilizing word processing, spreadsheet, database, presentation, Internet, e-mail, or other software; and operates general office or other equipment as necessary to complete essential functions. Aids in keeping the airport and the airlines in it stocked of some materials like bag tags and ticket rolls. Requirements MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS TO PERFORM WORK: Bachelor’s degree in computer sciences or related. Two (2) years vocational training, apprentice training in a related field of work. Or equivalent training, education, and/or experience. Specific License or Certification Required: Valid South Carolina driver’s license.
