• You will perform troubleshooting of application and server processes, with some data analytics, and communicate with users
• You will analyse, support, and maintain strategic bespoke business platforms in a hybrid hosting environment, across AWS Cloud and on-prem
• You will provide engineering support of functional and performance issues on a range of applications
• You will prepare changes, scripting, monitor and schedule updates to optimize operations
• You will conduct performance analysis and tuning in of application servers, database tiers and infrastructure
• You will participate and collaborate across multi-functional groups in the operational support model
• You will participate in the Operational Excellence strategy, including strategic monitoring and process improvements
