We are looking for an Application Support Analyst to join our dynamic team. This is a permanent position, 100% on site, located in downtown Montreal.

YOUR MISSIONS

We are looking for a senior profile, a minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar position will be required.

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support while ensuring dedicated and personalized follow-up with the structure’s North American customers and partners.
• Collaborate with the company’s development teams to escalate product issues, and keep abreast of all new product features and functionalities.
• Enhance software and provide ongoing support to our customers.
• Periodically attend pre-sales activities as required.
