Progression paths into IT or Software Development What You’ll Do: Provide first and second-line support for enterprise SaaS applications, working with our large and varied client base. Get hands‑on with real production software. Troubleshoot issues & learn how systems run behind the scenes. Work closely with developers, SREs & product teams. Build skills in SQL, cloud, automation & modern tooling. Perfect For: Computer Science / IT / Software Engineering graduates. Problem‑solvers who love digging into how things really work. Working hours are: 7.5 hours between 6am and 10pm on a shift rota. Working a weekend in every 4 weeks (additional time will be given in lieu and additional shift allowance outside office hours) To work for Synectics you need to hold a Security Check (SC) clearance without any exceptions to that clearance. Synectics will support the application for Security Clearance if you do not currently already have this in place. Due to the nature of the work the business conducts, you must hold a UK nationality or meet the 5-year minimum residency criteria.
