WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for an experienced Application Support Analyst to join our support team.
This role is responsible for providing high-quality support for .NET-based applications, monitoring hosted infrastructure, managing CRM ticket workflows, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely incident resolution and service continuity.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, technically strong, and comfortable working in a hybrid environment with occasional extended hours for global handovers.
The role operates from our office in Des Plaines, Illinois.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • 3–5 years of experience in application support or similar technical roles.
  • Solid understanding of .NET applications and support lifecycle.
  • Working knowledge of SQL scripting and database analysis (MS SQL Server).
  • Experience with log analysis tools and techniques.
  • Basic understanding of Azure Cloud services.
  • Familiarity with Active Directory (AD) and Azure Active Directory (AAD).
  • Experience with CRM and ticketing tools like HubSpot, Jira, or similar platforms.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills in a cross-functional, hybrid team environment.
Responsibilities
  • Provide day-to-day support for business-critical .NET applications.
  • Manage and resolve tickets using CRM systems such as HubSpot and Jira.
  • Monitor and manage hosted infrastructure environments; escalate critical issues as needed.
  • Analyze logs and application behavior to identify root causes of incidents.
  • Perform basic SQL scripting and data analysis using MS SQL.
  • Coordinate with development, QA, and operations teams to ensure smooth incident and change management.
  • Follow ITIL-based best practices in incident and problem management.
  • Prepare and deliver end-of-day analysis or updates to the next-level support team (primarily based in Australia.
