SUMMARY:

Greenfield Savings Bank is seeking a full-time application support analyst. This role will be responsible for solving application and system issues. The individual in this role will need a deep understanding of the Banks’ system and applications and how they work to troubleshoot and respond to requests for assistance and to resolve technical issues.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in an IT-related field, or equivalent experience
  • 3-5 years’ experience in the financial services or related industry
  • Proven ability to communicate and coordinate with people in non-technical roles in a productive and professional manner
  • Ability to analyze and breakdown complex information and make recommendations based on changing priorities
  • Working knowledge of current Microsoft operating systems and M365 applications
  • Proficiency using a service management system (e.g., ServiceNow, RemedyForce)
  • Experience with Fiserv banking applications
  • Demonstrated ability to utilize diplomacy and strong interpersonal skills to work with a wide range of personalities
  • Excellent information gathering and troubleshooting skills
  • Excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure

DESIRABLE SKILLS:

  • IT certifications for Microsoft, or banking applications
  • Prior experience working with Nautilus, Encompass, nCino, or eSign Plus
  • Knowledge of programming languages (e.g., SQL, HTML, .NET)
  • Data management experience (e.g., Business Analytics)

Responsibilities
  • Install, maintain, and support the Bank’s applications and associated systems
  • Provide technical support of applications for break/fix, enhancements, and projects
  • Participate in the department’s data protection, disaster recovery, and business continuity planning and test activities
  • Coordinate and communicate with the Bank’s business users on issues, maintenance and upgrades
  • Find creative solutions to address issues and improve current processes
  • Document processes and procedures related to the Bank’s applications
  • Work with third-party software vendors to ensure issues are being resolved or escalated
  • Occasional travel to branch locations may be required
  • Other duties, as needed
