Description
Run the production environment by monitoring availability and taking a holistic view of system health. Build software and systems to manage platform infrastructure and applications. Improve reliability, quality, and time-to-market of our suite of software solutions. Gather and analyze metrics from both operating systems and applications to assist in performance tuning and fault finding. Partner with development teams to improve services through rigorous testing and release procedures. Participate in system design consulting, platform management, and capacity planning. Create sustainable systems and services through automation and uplifts. Balance feature development speed and reliability with well-defined service level objectives. Work closely with Users North America Time zone as they are primary users of the applications to ensure quick resolution of IT issues. At least 2-4 years' relevant experience would generally be expected to find the skills required for this role. Ability to effectively manage multiple functions or guide junior staff and initiatives. Knowledge of vendor Tool Like Axiom is beneficial. Knowledge of Investment banking and capital , Finance world is important Knowledge of Observability tools , like Graphana ,Prometheus, Splunk is important . Build a career with impact.
