Description
RESPONSIBILITIES & TASKS: Provide Tier 2/3 technical support for in-house developed applications, investigating and resolving issues in a timely manner. Manage the enhancement request backlog for existing solutions, working with stakeholders to clarify requirements and implement small-to-medium changes. Develop, maintain, and support Robotic Process Automation (RPA) bots using UiPath or Power Automate. Design and build applications and workflows using the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate). Take the lead on creating and updating technical specifications, user guides, and support runbooks for all existing applications. Provide surge support to the core development team during high-priority project deadlines, Assisting with tasks such as quality assurance (QA) testing, documentation, and development of well-defined software components. SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS 2-4 years in an application support, business systems analyst, or development role. Power Platform: Proven hands-on experience developing solutions with Power Apps and Power Automate. RPA: Demonstrable experience with at least one major RPA platform (UiPath preferred, Power Automate acceptable). Database Skills: Proficiency in writing SQL queries and understanding relational database concepts. Foundational Development Knowledge: Demonstrable experience reading and debugging code in a modern programming language (e.g., Python, C#, or JavaScript) and a solid understanding of REST APIs. Problem-Solving & Communication: Strong analytical skills and excellent written and verbal English communication.
