Analysis and processing of technical and/or functional user incidents and requests, based on their criticality and in accordance with predefined service levels (SLA). Deployment of applications in production environments. User Change Management regarding newly implemented features. Continuous process improvement aimed at ensuring production stability and risk management. Deployment within an ITIL framework. Functional and technical application support based on ITIL practices. Management of technical and functional incidents and requests from BPI users regarding banking applications, through qualification, analysis, and resolution. Monitoring application alerts from monitoring tools (Zabbix, Tmon, ...) to prevent impact on users. Analysis and securing of production changes during application deployments. Monitoring, management, resolution, and communication during crisis management for high-impact incidents. Formalization and follow-up of action plans following major incidents to prevent recurrence. Verification of proper application functionality following infrastructure updates. Qualifications What is your profile? You: Speak fluent French and have a good knowledge of English. Have at least 3 years of experience Hold a degree in computer science (apprenticeship is a plus) What are we offering?
