Application Support This is your mission Are you passionate about ensuring application stability, availability, and performance in complex production environments? Then this position is for you. As an Application Support, you will be responsible for supporting, monitoring, and continuously improving critical business applications within our IT ecosystem, ensuring high-quality IT services and operational excellence. Build side: Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams to design, deploy, and enhance applications in production Implement upgrades, patches, and new functionalities with minimal impact on end users Contribute to the definition and implementation of observability and monitoring best practices Support CI/CD pipeline setup and optimization using DevOps tools Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to increase system resilience and performance Ensure proper documentation of architectures, configurations, and operational procedures Run side: Monitor and maintain applications in production, ensuring high availability and performance Actively participate in incident management (P1/P2), including situation rooms and root cause analysis Identify incident trends and contribute to long-term, definitive solutions Execute change requests and deployments following ITIL and DevOps processes Ensure SLA compliance and ITIL governance within IT Production Proactively identify and resolve technical issues impacting business operations Participate in on-call rotations, ensuring 24/7 availability for critical applications This is your background You have at least 5 years of experience in demanding IT Production / Application Support environments. You enjoy solving complex technical problems, working close to the business, and continuously improving systems and processes. You have built solid experience supporting mission-critical applications in production, working within Agile and DevOps environments. You thrive in roles that combine operational responsibility with continuous improvement, observability, and close collaboration with development and infrastructure teams.
