Piedmont Health Services, Inc. (PHS) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit and Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) in North Carolina. Dedicated to delivering top-tier, accessible, and inclusive primary healthcare, PHS has proudly served for 54 years and remains the largest community health center in central NC. Operating 10 Community Health Centers, two PACE (Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly) SeniorCare facilities, and 2 Mobile Health Units, PHS extends its services to residents across five counties, including Alamance, Caswell, Chatham, Orange, and Lee.

QUALIFICATIONS -

Education & Experience: Required certifications include CompTIA Server+ or MCSA Server (3 exams). Candidates should have an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a computer-related field combined with relevant Help Desk or application support experience ranging from 2 to 4 years.
Technical Skills: Proven experience identifying and resolving application issues efficiently, with a strong ability to collaborate with clients and developers. Must stay current with evolving software and technology trends.
Additional Knowledge: Solid understanding of application support practices and client service, with adaptability to new technologies and troubleshooting challenges.
Communication & Problem-Solving: Strong verbal and written skills to clearly explain technical details to both technical and non-technical audiences, with proven ability to analyze issues, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions collaboratively and efficiently.
Immunizations: Be medically cleared for communicable diseases and have all immunizations up-to-date prior to beginning employment.
Pay Range: $61,889 - $83,173
