This role requires a proactive approach to identifying problems, analyzing system behavior, and ensuring the smooth operation of critical applications. The position demands continuous monitoring, collaboration with different teams, and delivering timely solutions to maintain business continuity and system reliability. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Coordinate with stakeholders to prioritize and address system issues effectively. - Mentor junior team members to enhance their problem-solving capabilities. - Ensure documentation of incidents and resolutions to support knowledge sharing. - Monitor system performance and recommend improvements to prevent future issues. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP BusinessObjects Data Services. - Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills to diagnose complex system issues. - Experience in managing and supporting enterprise-level business applications. - Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to resolve technical challenges. - Familiarity with data integration, transformation, and quality assurance processes. - Excellent communication skills to effectively convey technical information to diverse audiences.
