This role requires a proactive approach to identifying problems, analyzing system behavior, and ensuring the smooth operation of critical applications. The position demands continuous monitoring, collaboration with different teams, and delivering timely solutions to maintain business continuity and system reliability. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Coordinate with stakeholders to prioritize and address system issues effectively. - Mentor junior team members to enhance their problem-solving capabilities and technical knowledge. - Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize system performance and support processes. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP BusinessObjects Data Services. - Experience in troubleshooting and resolving complex issues within enterprise data integration environments. - Strong knowledge of data extraction, transformation, and loading processes. - Ability to analyze system logs and performance metrics to identify root causes of problems. - Familiarity with database management and query optimization techniques. - Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
