This role requires a proactive approach to identifying problems, analyzing system behavior, and ensuring the smooth operation of critical applications. The position demands continuous engagement with system performance and collaboration with different teams to maintain service reliability and minimize disruptions, contributing to the overall stability and efficiency of business processes. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution of system issues and enhance system performance. - Document and communicate findings and solutions clearly to support knowledge sharing within the team. - Assist junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster their professional growth. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ControlM Administration. - Strong knowledge of job scheduling and workload automation concepts. - Experience in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to batch processing and job dependencies. - Ability to monitor and optimize ControlM workflows to improve system efficiency. - Familiarity with scripting languages to automate routine tasks and enhance operational processes. - Good understanding of system integration and communication protocols within enterprise environments.
