This role requires a proactive approach to identifying challenges and delivering timely solutions to maintain the smooth operation of critical applications. The position demands continuous engagement with system components to ensure stability and performance, while supporting business continuity through effective problem-solving and system monitoring. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and support of business applications. - Mentor and guide junior team members to enhance their technical capabilities and problem-solving skills. - Continuously monitor system performance and proactively identify potential issues before they impact business operations. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP CX Service Cloud C4C. - Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills to diagnose and resolve complex software issues. - Experience in managing and supporting cloud-based customer service solutions. - Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams to deliver effective technical support. - Familiarity with system monitoring tools and incident management processes. - Excellent communication skills to clearly convey technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
