This role requires a dynamic approach to identifying problems within multiple system components and ensuring their timely resolution. The position demands continuous engagement with complex environments to maintain system stability and support business operations effectively, often requiring collaboration across different teams to understand and address challenges as they arise. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure alignment of support activities with business needs. - Mentor junior team members to enhance their technical and problem-solving skills. - Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize support processes and system reliability. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Enterprise Network Operations. - Strong knowledge of network infrastructure components including routers, switches, and firewalls. - Experience in monitoring and troubleshooting network performance and connectivity issues. - Ability to analyze system logs and network traffic to identify root causes of incidents. - Familiarity with incident management and problem resolution methodologies. - Skilled in coordinating cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical challenges.
