This role requires a proactive approach to monitoring system performance, identifying root causes of disruptions, and ensuring continuous service availability. The position demands collaboration with different teams to maintain system integrity and support business operations effectively, while adapting to evolving challenges in a dynamic environment. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Lead efforts to improve operational processes and enhance system reliability. - Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and development. - Coordinate incident management and ensure timely resolution of critical issues. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Enterprise Network Operations. - Strong knowledge of network infrastructure components and protocols. - Experience in troubleshooting complex network and application issues. - Ability to analyze system logs and performance metrics to identify problems. - Familiarity with monitoring tools and incident management platforms. - Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
