This role requires a dynamic approach to identifying root causes and resolving problems efficiently to maintain system stability and performance. The position demands collaboration with multiple teams to ensure seamless operation and continuous improvement of business applications, contributing to the overall success of organizational technology infrastructure. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance system reliability and performance. - Document troubleshooting processes and solutions to build a knowledge base for future reference. - Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on complex issues. - Continuously monitor system health and proactively identify potential risks to prevent downtime. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in VMWare Cloud Administration. - Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure and virtualization technologies. - Experience with system monitoring and incident management tools. - Ability to analyze logs and system metrics to diagnose and resolve issues. - Familiarity with automation and scripting to streamline support tasks. - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
